Hi, I'm Mikaële!
Welcome to Green Your Spirit, a little wellness business I started here in Marin County in 2009.
My own journey toward vibrant living began long before the first green juice. Losing my mom to cancer when she was just 51 was a huge wake-up call. It made me really question how I was living and what I wanted to do with this one precious life.
I spent the next several years traveling the world, learning from Indigenous cultures and spiritual teachers, and finding my own way through grief in the process.
After becoming a Certified Health Educator at Hippocrates Wellness, I began teaching classes, hosting plant-based meetups and guiding people through cleanses here in Marin… and from there, Green Your Spirit took on a life of its own!
Work With Me
Wellness that goes beyond
the green juice.
For over 15 years, I’ve helped people feel healthier, happier and more alive—from what we eat and drink to how we care for our bodies, our homes and our lives.
Wellness Tune-Ups
A fresh look at what’s working—and what could feel better.
One-on-one phone sessions to talk through nutrition, cleansing, supplements, habits and lifestyle, with personalized ideas for feeling healthier, more energized and more like yourself.
Life Cleanse
Body · Mind · Spirit · Home · Planet
Life Cleanse is a whole-life reset I originally created and guided many years ago — now being reimagined as a self-paced, self-guided experience, drawing on decades of hands-on work in wellness, healing, and personal transformation.
Through playful prompts, fun little challenges, and real-life experiments, you'll take a fresh look at where you are now, let go of what's draining you or just doesn't feel right anymore, rediscover what makes you feel alive, and decide what you want more of in your next chapter.

Beyond Green Your Spirit
There’s more to the story.
My life and work have taken many creative forms over the years, from healing bodywork and transforming spaces to music, photography, and writing stories from my journey.
I've brought it all together on my personal website. Come have a look around!
