Our original and most popular cleanse since 2009.
Five days of fresh juices, elixirs, smoothies, soups, and personalized support designed to give you a nourishing reset and help you reconnect with how good your body can feel.
Everything is made fresh in small batches here in Marin County and delivered chilled in glass jars, packed in a cooler and ready to go.

Personalized Support
Before you begin, we’ll talk through what you’re hoping to get out of the cleanse and anything I should know before putting it together. You’ll also receive a cleansing guide with a sample schedule, ideas for getting the most out of your cleanse, and simple guidance for easing in and transitioning back to regular food afterward. I’m available along the way if questions come up.
How It Works
Your cleanse is prepared fresh and delivered locally in Marin County on our regular delivery days. Typically, you’ll receive your first three coolers on Monday and the final two on Wednesday.
We’ll coordinate your start date and delivery timing ahead of time, and your drinks will arrive chilled in glass jars, packed in coolers and ready to go.
The Signature 5-Day Cleanse is $500.
Because we keep Green Your Spirit intentionally small and personal, we do book up — especially for cleanses — so reserving your spot in advance is recommended.
A Few Things to Know
Our cleanses are personalized for a wide range of people, from athletes, busy moms, and executives to those wanting a reset, extra nourishment, or support during a particular season of life.
If you’re managing a medical condition, taking medications, pregnant or nursing, preparing for or recovering from surgery, undergoing cancer treatment, or have specific nutritional needs, please check with your healthcare provider before beginning a cleanse or making significant dietary changes.

Build Your Own Cleanse
A flexible, fully customizable way to cleanse — choose your drinks and number of days based on what works best for you.
Build Your Own gives you the freedom to create your own Green Your Spirit cleanse, whether you want a single day, ten days, or anything in between. You can choose as many drinks as you’d like each day and mix and match from our current menu based on your preferences, nutritional needs, activity level, schedule, and budget.
Available locally in Marin County.
Make It Your Own
You can create your cleanse as light or as immersive as you’d like. You might choose 5–6 cleanse drinks during the day alongside your own clean meal at night, do a full day of liquids, or create a longer, more immersive cleanse tailored to what feels right for you.
You have full flexibility.

Build your cleanse from our current selection of fresh Green Your Spirit drinks, including green juices, elixirs, smoothies, soups, coconut water, and other seasonal offerings.
*Add chlorophyll, E3Live blue-green algae, chlorella, and digestive enzymes to your cleanse for $10 per day.

À La Carte Juice Delivery & Menu
Handcrafted organic juices, elixirs, smoothies, soups, coconut water, and other nourishing drinks made in small batches, bottled in glass jars, and delivered locally in Marin County with lots of love and care.
Order your favorites à la carte, mix and match throughout the week, or use the menu to create your own cleanse.

Green Juice with Sunflower Sprouts

Our signature organic sprouted green juice is handcrafted in small batches and loaded with nutrient-dense greens and powerhouse sunflower sprouts. It’s an easy way to get a concentrated dose of chlorophyll, minerals, phytonutrients, and greens into your day.
Ingredients: Cucumber, celery, kale, parsley, sunflower sprouts and other seasonal greens, with ginger, lemon, and a splash of apple.
Beet & Greens

Our signature green juice with organic beets added for an extra boost of naturally occurring nitrates and antioxidants. A great choice before an active day or anytime you want a little more oomph from your greens.
Herb Infused Green Juice

Our signature green juice infused with a rotating blend of fresh herbs. A particularly potent way to bring more greens, herbs, and phytonutrients into your day. Herbs vary and may include basil, sage, oregano, arugula and others.
Spicy Green Juice

Our signature organic green juice with an extra kick from ginger and jalapeño. Bright, bold, and especially good when you want your greens with a little heat.
Green Juice Smoothie

Our signature sprouted green juice blended with mango, avocado and/or banana, with Ormus Greens for an extra boost of greens, probiotics, and plant nutrients. A creamier, more substantial way to get your green juice in for the day.

Lemon-Ginger-Turmeric Elixir

A beautiful, zingy elixir made with fresh-pressed lemon, ginger, and turmeric juice, along with cayenne, cinnamon, trace minerals, electrolytes, and spring water. A favorite for digestion, hydration, and starting the day with something invigorating that isn’t coffee. Enjoy cold or warm.
Energy Infused Lemon-Ginger-Turmeric Elixir

Our best-selling elixir starts with the Lemon-Ginger-Turmeric base, then adds a blend of energizing and adaptogenic herbs including green tea, ginseng, ashwagandha, astragalus, schisandra, and eleuthero.
It contains buffered caffeine for a cleaner, more sustained-feeling lift, balanced with herbs traditionally used to support energy, focus, and resilience. It can also be customized — made without cayenne, half-caff, or adjusted to suit your preference. Bright, spicy, and seriously enlivening, this is the one many of our clients reach for instead of another cup of coffee.
Activated Charcoal Lemonade

Made with the base of our Lemon-Ginger-Turmeric Elixir, with food-grade activated charcoal added to support occasional gas and bloating and provide a gentle digestive reset.
Important: Activated charcoal can also interfere with the absorption of medications and some supplements, so don’t drink it close to the time you take them. If you’re unsure about timing, check with your healthcare provider.

The Freddy Shake

Adaptogenic Detox Tea

A deeply herbal, caffeine-free brew made with a rotating blend of adaptogenic and traditional cleansing herbs such as ashwagandha, gynostemma, milk thistle, burdock, dandelion root, peppermint, red clover, licorice, yellow dock, ginger, and goji berries. A great choice when you want something warming, grounding, and herbal without caffeine.
Blue Coconut Water

Raw coconut water with a gorgeous blue twist from blue spirulina for added antioxidants and that brilliant color. Naturally rich in electrolytes, it’s one of our favorite ways to hydrate and replenish after workouts, hot days, or anytime you need a little extra hydration.
